Percy Nobleman Matt Clay provides a dry, low sheen finish with a strong hold. This Matt Clay is reworkable throughout the day and can be easily washed out.

Directions: With a small amount of the clay warmed in the palm, a range of natural looks are only a few flicks away. Especially fine-tuned for short, traditional styles. Apply back-to-front, to prevent any excess product finding it's way onto your fringe.
